  1. Refining and implementing Quality Management System accreditation to AS / NZS ISO 9001 : 2008
  2. Effective stakeholder management at Burton coal mine to achieve schedule demands , environmental standards and commission a fully functional dewatering pumping systems -this was a complex operation , with many stakeholders involved , such as the mine owners , the engineering designers , DERM and mine site civil engineers

    • Team 1 Civil construction for pad construction & Bund walls
    • Team 2 Structural tank building – Strake tank construction and Tank roof – 50 boilermakers & pipe welders- Establishing field procedures and QA objectives within corporate policies and procedures , as necessitated by conditions at the work front
    • Team 3 Electrical & Instrumentation construction contractor
    • Team 4 mechanical & structural engineering team ( Brisbane based)
    • Team 5 Emergency services construction team – fire protection systems , water storage tanks and a back up fire suppression system
  3. Risk management , Incident management and behavioural management
